540 Households Supported with Relief Items

    Story Details
    Restoring Hope After the Storm

When disaster struck, Imagine Africa was there to respond. Through its humanitarian relief program, 540 vulnerable households affected by natural disasters—especially Cyclone Freddy—were supported with essential food items and daily necessities in Chikwawa and Nsanje.

“We lost everything in the floods, but Imagine Africa came through with food and hope. We felt seen, supported, and safe.” – Community Member, Nsanje.

The relief items helped stabilize families, reduce hunger, and restore dignity in the face of devastation. From maize flour and beans to blankets, sanitary kits, and cooking essentials, every item was chosen with care to meet urgent community needs.

Imagine Africa continues to stand by disaster-affected communities with a commitment to resilience, recovery, and rebuilding. When storms pass, hope remains—and we’re there to deliver it.
